Emma De Lotbiniere
Emma De Lotbiniere
Associate Director of The Furniture Practice / Head of Build to Rent
Emma joined The Furniture Practice in 2013 and set up our Build to Rent team in 2018. She balances the commercial aspirations of our clients with creative design solutions that maximise their investment and that residents love.
Emma combines her background in fashion design, broad experience of the furniture consultancy world and passion for FF&E procurement to help bring new build developments and refreshes to life.
When she’s not looking for new ideas and designs for our clients, she can be spotted wandering the Hackney canal paths with her dog, Twiggy, or eating her way around Broadway Market.
Senior Account Manager
Michela's design skills and deep understanding of space and materiality allow her to develop creative FF&E concepts for any budget or style.
She studied interior design at Geneva University of Art and Design and worked in the industry for years before joining us in 2019.
Outside of work, you'll find her at the latest outdoor bars and restaurants with her friends and her new puppy in tow.
Build to Rent Creative
Zainab’s broad sector experience, understanding of the design process and enthusiasm for the details helps us to create unique spaces where people love to live.
She studied architecture at the University of Westminster before becoming an Interior Designer. She brings over ten years of experience designing and delivering interior schemes across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.
Zainab’s love for travel, anthropology and exploring cultural identities shapes her passion for design.
Rosie Anna Callanan
Rosie Anna Callanan
Rosie Anna combines her industry experience, interpersonal skills and passion for design to constantly find new ways to go above and beyond for our clients.
Rosie Anna worked across sectors in the furniture world for over five years before joining us, and before that, she studied 3D Design and Craft at the University of Brighton.
Outside of work, Rosie Anna hosts and curates culinary events for her catering brand and supper club – Micky Drippings.
Fiona brings her creative approach to every project, working closely with clients to deliver attractive and effective furniture and design solutions.
Her background in interior design and visual merchandising means she can create spaces with style and impact.
Outside of work, you'll find her walking the trails of Hackney Marshes with her dog, Angus, or exploring the markets, pubs and restaurants of East London.
Lead Project Manager
Calum leads the operations side of our team, making sure installation and delivery run smoothly and provides exceptional aftercare to all our clients.
He has over ten years of experience in project management and is a Build to Rent expert, working on developments across the UK. There is no challenge Calum has not experienced and overcome.
In his spare time, you’ll find him outdoors in the countryside or indoors enjoying the comforts of his local pub.
