Emma De Lotbiniere
Emma De Lotbiniere
Director & Head of BTR
Emma joined The Furniture Practice in 2013 and set up our Build to Rent team in 2018. She balances the commercial aspirations of our clients with creative design solutions that maximise their investment and that residents love.
Emma combines her background in fashion design, broad experience of the furniture consultancy world and passion for FF&E procurement to help bring new build developments and refreshes to life.
When she’s not looking for new ideas and designs for our clients, she can be spotted wandering the Hackney canal paths with her dog, Twiggy, or eating her way around Broadway Market.

Consultant Manager
Fiona brings her creative approach to every project, working closely with clients to deliver attractive and effective furniture and design solutions.
Her background in interior design and visual merchandising means she can create spaces with style and impact.
Outside of work, you'll find her walking the trails of Hackney Marshes with her dog, Angus, or exploring the markets, pubs and restaurants of East London.

Consultant Manager
Rosie Anna combines her industry experience, interpersonal skills and passion for design to constantly find new ways to go above and beyond for our clients.
Rosie Anna worked across sectors in the furniture world for over five years before joining us, and before that, she studied 3D Design and Craft at the University of Brighton.
Outside of work, Rosie Anna hosts and curates culinary events for her catering brand and supper club –Micky Drippings.

Senior Furniture Consultant
Having worked across the EMEA and LATAM regions, Tas has 6 years' experience in implementing and managing turnkey projects within the furniture industry. She has specialised in delivering FF&E design packages for high-end clients across a variety of luxury residential and hospitality projects, both local and international.
Outside of work, Tas enjoys painting (with oils and acrylic), spending time with her grandmother, and any kind of water sport.

Edward (Ted) is a highly diligent Furniture Consultant with experience managing a diverse range of projects, with skills in overcoming intricate challenges with innovative and creative solutions. Drawing from his background in product design, furniture manufacturing, and guitar crafting, Ted’s skills extend beyond project delivery and encompasses practical implementation and creativity. Alongside his love for design, he has a keen interest in travelling, music, and occasionally channels his energy into boxing.

Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Luke is an Interior Design professional with a relationships-centred approach to his role within the team. Luke is passionate about crafting interior spaces that exude a unique and distinctive style – supporting clients and designers through the furniture specification and helping to bring their schemes to life.
Beyond work, Luke enjoys travelling and discovering hidden culinary gems that are off the beaten track. He likes to balance these adventures out with running, preferably amidst the picturesque parks of London.

Zainab is an experienced Interior Designer with over 10 years’ experience in designing and delivering interiors in Residential, Education, Commercial and Hospitality Sectors. Having studied Architecture at University of Westminster, Zainab understands the importance of interior architecture correlation and her meticulous design process stems from her attention to the finer design details.
Zainab’s love for travel, anthropology and exploring cultural identities heavily shapes her passion for design; always seeking inspiration further afield, Zainab enjoys discovering the richness and beauty from art and architecture worldwide.

After graduating from Birmingham City University with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design, Eve focused most of her degree on FF&E –TFP’s build to rent team was a natural fit.
Eve is always on hand to support Zainab at all stages of the design process –whether that be producing design packs for schemes, space planning or show flat dressing.
In her spare time Eve is a passionate supporter of her local football team, the Cobblers, which unfortunately often leads to disappointment as opposed to celebration.

Product Design Manager
Doug is an accomplished Product & Furniture Designer with a degree in Industrial Design & Technology from Brunel University. With 8 years of experience in the contract furniture industry, Doug has developed products for numerous hotel and restaurant projects across Europe. His expertise lie in bespoke furniture design, and he possesses extensive skills in producing technical manufacturing drawings, 3D visuals, and interior visualisations.
When not crafting new products, Doug can be found chasing after his two daughters, or exploring antique markets to source obscure things for his home.
Calum Wickham
Calum Wickham
Operational Lead
Calum leads the operations side of the BTR team, with over 10 years’ experience in Project Management and nearly 3 years working solely on BTR projects across the country. As the Lead Project Manager for BTR, Calum is responsible for successfully planning and driving the delivery and installation aspect of the project, as well as looking after any snagging and after care requirements.
When he is not delivering projects, Calum can be found enjoying the outdoors or savouring the indoor delights of the local pub.
Tom Beckwith

Project Manager
With six years of project management experience in both the Residential and BTR sectors, Tom has successfully overseen and contributed to remarkable projects, including Coppermaker Square, Folk Sunday Mills, Quintain Repton Gardens Amenity Spaces, and Quintain Canada Gardens Penthouses. Beyond project managing at TFP, Tom can often be found watching and supporting his team, Chelsea FC.

Senior Operations Coordinator
Eleanor is a creative and highly diligent member of the team in her role as Senior Operations Coordinator. Having studied History of Art at The University of Warwick, Eleanor has a keen eye for style and design. Her meticulous and detail-driven nature enables her to provide valuable support to the Account Managers and Project Managers, ensuring the successful and timely competition of BTR projects.
Outside of her role at TFP, Eleanor enjoys attending art gallery exhibitions and open-water swimming – frequenting London’s Lidos, as well as venturing to wild-swimming spots further afield.
Immi Bailey-Schindler

Aftercare Manager
Immi has a wealth of experience across various departments, including Operations Support, Project Management, and currently now within TFP’s Client Services team. In her role as a dedicated Aftercare Manager, Immi guarantees ongoing client support well beyond project completion, handling everything from top up orders and warranties to stock management and more. Outside of work, Immi is often going on long walks with her energetic Cocker Spaniel, Billie.
